EULA - End User License Agreement

ACCA grants the Client, who accepts, the only non exclusive USER LICENCE of the present PriMus-DCF program (with all its software components) reserving, including for its assignees, the exclusive ownership of the same and all its rights, being able to use them as it believes best and with regard to anyone. Furthermore, ACCA reserves the right to add, remove, and/or modify any functionality and more in general to carry out and modify the product at any time and without warning. Updates and modifications will be included in new editions.
The End User Licence Agreement does not include the right to obtain the Program source code, nor use the related program logic descriptions and software planning and design documentation.
The PriMus-DCF program and its DCF (Document Computation Format) data format may be used and transferred free of charge (freeware) but remains the property of "ACCA software" and the Author "Guido Cianciulli" who reserve ALL RIGHTS.
Any malfunctioning of the Program occurring on installation involves the Client in all necessary maintenance, repairs, correction services, and all consequent and incidental damage.
To use this program, you must activate your licensed copy. You can activate the program through the use of Internet. PriMus-DCF activation is free of charge.
ACCA does not guarantee the functioning of the program following future evolution of software and hardware (computers, operating systems, etc.), nor its agreement with future legal regulations concerning the material processed by the said program. In the eventuality of technical developments or regulatory changes that mean the software is no longer up to date, the user must acquire an up to date version of the program, if available.
Use of the PriMus-DCF Internet SERVICE and services accessible from it (choice, opening, consultation, and more generally management of Price Books and Price Lists of space on the ACCA server) is distributed for a limited period of time and free of charge. ACCA may decide at any time and for reasons not challengeable by the user/client to interrupt and/or suspend free access to the Internet SERVICE from PriMus-DCF for the management of Price Books and/or Price Lists and using it to access the data available.
ACCA can never be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage including errors in editing the documentation, loss of data, or consequent loss of opportunities and business advantages arising out of the use of the PriMus-DCF program.
Using and/or incorporating PriMus-DCF and any of its components (DLL, EXE, etc.) in other software without written authorisation from ACCA is FORBIDDEN.
Distribution of PriMus-DCF and any of its components (DLL, EXE, etc.) for-profit without written authorisation from ACCA is FORBIDDEN.
Any and all disputes will be the sole competence of the court of S.Angelo dei Lombardi (AV), Italy.
